Privacy notice

What we collect

Your first name, your email address, the district you choose under "Where are you?", and the ways you tell us you would like to help. We do not ask for anything else.

This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It remembers whether you switched animations off, and that choice stays in your own browser.

Why we collect it

To invite you to the Spitaki beta and to send you news about Spitaki, and for nothing else. Your district and the ways you would like to help tell us where and how to invite you first. We will never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Our lawful basis

Your consent, which you give when you join the list. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything we did with your consent before then.

Where your details are kept

Your details are stored in an Upstash Redis database in the EU, and each new sign-up is emailed to the Spitaki team through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. These companies handle your details only on our behalf, to run the list, under data processing terms with us.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list or the beta ends, whichever comes first. We then delete your details within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them or delete them, ask us to limit or stop using them, and ask for them in a form you can take elsewhere. To do any of these, email nik@fountech.ai. We will answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority where you live.

How to leave the list

Email nik@fountech.ai and ask to leave, or reply to any email we send you and say so. We will take you off the list and delete your details within 30 days.
